Rather than a column of troops on a long desert
march, this is actually a formation that was part of the division's
change-of-command ceremonies after the ground war had ended.
At that occasion, MG Funk handed over command to MG Rutherford.
The troops appear to be a cavalry unit, but their specific designation
is unknown. |
